How do I cancel?
Plans run month to month with one month's notice. You cancel or switch plans yourself under Plan & billing in the app. No hidden fees.
How do minutes work?
Your plan controls features (voices, receptionists, insights); minutes of call time are bought separately in tiers from 100 to 10,000 per month, with bigger tiers costing less per minute.
What happens if I run out of minutes?
Your receptionist won't answer new calls until you top up or your tier renews next month.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes — you can build and test your receptionist completely for free before choosing a plan.
How does payment work?
Payment is handled securely via Stripe. We support cards and most common payment methods.
Can I have multiple receptionists?
The Pro plan lets you build up to 3 receptionists, and Premium up to 5. All plans publish one at a time.
